【Typical Accountability】
1. Develop clean, scalable, and readable backend code and algorithms.
2. Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance development efficiency.
3. Implement and maintain core features with regular deployments to ensure stable online environments.
4. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure service stability.
5. Proactively optimize performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency using effective data structures and algorithms.
6. Participate in technical discussions and architectural design, and be willing to share new knowledge related to AI and technology.

【Essential Competencies】
1. BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
2. 2 - 5 years of backend development experience, familiarity with Golang is a plus
3. Experience developing and maintaining production-grade systems in cloud environments
4. Familiar with relational and non-relational databases, understanding of cache design and application
5. Familiar with API design principles, with practical experience in performance tuning
6. Proficient in Git and version control workflows, with practical experience in CI/CD automation (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
7. Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes) development processes
8. Able to adapt to agile development and fast-paced iterative work rhythms

【Desirable Competencies】
1. Interested in AI, recommendation systems, or data-driven architectures
2. Enjoys collaborating with teammates to build highly stable and flexible backend systems
3. Possesses critical thinking skills for observing and improving existing systems
4. Experience with performance tuning using monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
5. Good English communication skills; experience participating in startup teams or cross-national engineering collaborations is a plus
