We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with focus on Security to become a key member of our technical team. You will sit at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, client consultation, and security operations.

Ideally, you are a strong Cloud/DevOps Engineer who understands that a good cloud environment is a secure one. You don't need to be a veteran penetration tester, but you should be interested in cloud security and eager to implement robust, secure solutions for our clients, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Location 🌍 Remote position open to candidates in Europe.
Contract Type ✍️  This position is open for candidates interested in employment in CZ, SK, UK or EE or as a Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe. 


What Will You Do?

  • Build: Design, deploy, and manage modern, scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Modernize: Help clients improve their existing environments by identifying opportunities for better performance and reliability.
  • Code & Improve: Contribute to application code and scripts, implementing best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code: Implement infrastructure changes using tools like Terraform, ensuring stability, repeatability, and security.
  • Master Cloud Security: You will learn to use Wiz.io (our cloud security platform partner) to help onboard new clients and improve their security posture.
  • Automate: Build pipelines and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate: Work side-by-side with experienced engineers to share knowledge, review designs, and tackle complex problems as a team.
  • Grow Your Skills: Take advantage of dedicated learning time to pursue certifications (like GCP Professional Cloud Architect) and stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies.



What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically using Terraform.
  • Solid experience with containers and orchestration, ideally Kubernetes (GKE).
  • A keen interest in Security: You have a good grasp of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, networking, compliance) and are eager to deepen your expertise in this area. Experience with tools like Wiz.io is a plus, but not required—we will teach you!
  • Hands-on experience with software development or scripting (Python, Go, Bash, etc.); can be from personal projects.
  • Communication: You can explain technical data concepts to team members and clients clearly.
  • AI-driven mindset: You actively explore new ways of augmenting yourself and your colleagues through AI tooling.

Nice to Have (But Not Required) 

  • Experience with Wiz.io.
