About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Architectural Solutions to join our team. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships in the Romanian market . You will act as the main point of contact between our customers and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities – Go Beyond the Traditional:
- Lead the establishment of our brand-new local project, maintaining professional relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and investors. You will work directly under the CCO in Bulgaria, ensuring strategic alignment and guidance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of architectural solutions to the company’s clients, architects, designers, builders, and investors.
- Prepare offers, participate in negotiations, and conclude contracts with clients.
- Prepare and propose project offers and framework agree
- ments.
- Achieve sales targets through winning projects in the country.
- Identify new projects and potential clients.
- Analyze regional sales and provide proposals for improving commercial performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline.
- This is a fully remote opportunity, giving you the freedom to work from home while traveling anywhere across the country to meet clients and grow the business.
The Ideal Candidate – A Visionary Without Boundaries:
- Experience in selling architectural solutions or within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Valid category B driver’s license – active driver.
