highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and cloud-based microservices to 
join our team.

Role Overview
The Backend Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling backend microservices 
for a cutting-edge health application. This role requires strong proficiency in Golang, distributed 
backend systems, and cloud environments. You will contribute to building secure, scalable, and highperformance backend services that support real-time health and movement analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Golang.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build backend solutions aligned with 
product requirements.
• Debug, isolate, and resolve defects while proactively reducing technical debt.
• Optimize backend architecture for robustness, security, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party and internal systems using APIs.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra preferred).
• Contribute to automated testing and increase overall test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for backend best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong server-side development experience, preferably in Golang.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra preferred).
• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience deploying and working with AWS cloud services.
• Solid understanding of trade-offs in backend design and engineering solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities.
• Passion for learning and working with new technologies.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience building and scaling microservice-based architectures.
• Exposure to distributed systems and high-availability backend services.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
