The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
The Supply Customer Engineer plays a key role in ensuring new SDK partners are on-boarded smoothly and with the care and attention necessary to work through potential bugs or other technical issues that may arise during the SDK integration process. SDK partners play a key role in helping drive increased performance for Moloco advertisers and in turn revenue for the business and our publisher partners utilizing the SDK.
The Opportunity:
The Supply Customer Engineer works on the Supply team helping to onboard new SDK partners. The CE will work with the SDK sales lead and be the point of contact for all technical matters with the partner’s technical and monetization team. General responsibilities include:
- Work closely with client lead to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly.
- Based on your technical knowledge, provide guidance on any technical risks that arise during SDK testing and integration.
- Manage a diverse and sometimes complex scope of potential technical issues across multiple client engagements.
- Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options.
- Proactively identify and work with the customer to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value in the pre-sales process.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Experience in a client-facing technical role (as a developer or as a consultant).
- General understanding of the ad tech landscape highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with SDK integrations in mobile applications strongly desired.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify technical issues and errors during the publisher onboarding process.
- Ability to understand how coding works (no actual coding required).
- Strong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
- Excellency in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency.
- Curious and able to learn fast.
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$124,800 - $187,200 USD
